how i overcome my sadness

Assalamualaikum
i can't help myself from feeling sad. at some point, i do cried soundlessly and just overthinking of anything that came across my mind. sometimes, this things can make me depressed, feeling that i'm a useless human being. a feeling that i want to rebel about anything. and to overcome all that bad feeling, i MUST overcome my sadness first. because sadness really can affect everyone around you and YOU yourself.

hello sadness my old friend, i come to talk with you again~

1. don't OVERTHINKING
a really important point! overthinking leads to something that might make you more sad. seriously. don't think too much and don't overthink especially when you're sad. it can really leads to something bad. i won't say it. to stop overthinking, don't thinks and do something else. (doesn't mean it is okay to you to do something bad just to satisfy yourself and run from being overthinking, do something good though. read the third point)


2. write all your sadness on a paper
if you have someone to talk with, so talk with her/him about your problem or sadness. if you're someone like me who don't have a human to talk with or too shy to share your problem, sadness. negative vibes, you can do this. write and scribbles all sadness that you feels on a paper. done. but, if you're still not satisfied. tear off the paper and throw it away like you want to throw away your sadness along with the paper. wohohoho. feelinggggg gooodd. and whenever i feel sad, i love to draw smiley face on my palm and anywhere. hahahhaha. 


3. do something you love (hobbies or else)
yes, a good point. by doing something you love like hobbies can distract yourself from feeling sad. for me, whenever i feels sad, i like to sleep and watch some happy animes, movies and shows. and maybe eating a good food. well, bad food spoil my mood, so do with sad ending of movies. and GET SOME AIR! go outside, discover new things. 


4. pray to the ONE WHO CREATED YOU
the main point. if no one can hear you. pray to the one who created you. ALLAH. He will always listen to your pray. read Quran, do good deeds. believe me, your will feel more hmm i don't know how to say it. more calm i guess.

then be grateful youuuu humansss. don't let yourself drown in the sadness. be happy but not too happy. hahahhaha. just restore some sadness for the sake of humanity. and a lot of empathy.

life suck sometimes. but just pull your sh*t together. live a life!
life of a human is to valuable to waste on something negative.


lol, this post just like how to overcome sadness. actually there are many way to overcome sadness, but this are totally my wayssssssss. and how about yours??! how you overcome your sadness?? or you just let yourself in sadness and wait until the 'joy' come to hit you in the head?

  1. Selalunya cara paling mudah ialah tido.. tido dengan lama dan kemudian uruskan kesedihan lepas puas tido.. itu cara akak..

  5. When i'm sad, I would just avoid speaking to anyone since sometimes, I could burst into anger without i'm realizing it..

  6. Usually when I'm sad, I keep myself busy by doing things that need focus, or if I'm too lazy, I just sleep. Nice tips btw! :)

    tapi bila dah teruk sangat overthinking cecepat g amek wudhu and solat dua rakaat pastu doa.

  18. I handle my sadness exactly like you. Usually handle macam tu bila lepas bangun tidur masa sedih tu, tapi sedih masih ada. Haa paham tak? Macam kritikal la hahaha. My way selalunya no 2.

    Tapi kelakar. Sometimes, stuck bila tak boleh nak keluarkan atas paper sebab tak tau la apa masalah dok sedih sedih ni sebenarnya. Ni semua kerja overthinking yang memainkan perasaan dakuuuuuu~~
